Last Day of 2004

Today is 31/12/2004, the last day of year 2004. Year 2004 starts with a slient and ends with a big bang. Year 2004 seems to be a not so good year. Perhaps as the Chinese say "4" is an unlucky number. Typhoon in Taiwan, Tidal Waves in South Asia. All the natural diasters that is unavoidable. When we all thought that the Year 2004 is going to end in another weeks time, the tradgey struck South Asia. The earthquakes that caused the tidal waves and more than 10,000 people have died from this and it included our fellow Singaporeans who are having their tours in Phuket n the various South Asia countries. Some Singaporeans are still uncontactable at this moment. Whether they are alive or not, no ones know, the pain of those who have missing relatives n friends in this tradgey is unbearable and cannot be described. Therefore, we must do our best to help them either by donating money or become volunteers.Typhoons hit Taiwan this year again.

Days before my sister when on the tour to Taiwan, Taiwan was hit by the typhoon. Homes which was built up from scratch by the taiwanese was gone, lives were missing. Heavy rain was pouring in Shanghai, 3 days before I was there. Estimated the rain were not stopped so soon, but the rain was over when I reached there. The sun was shinning brightly. To think a few days ago, the rain was so heavy that a few places flooded with cars struck inside the jam.

Airplane crashed down in China, causing those on board all perished, none survived.The natural diasters this year had brought about tremendous changes to the world especially the tidal waves which had caused some small islands to vanish n new islands were evolved. The whold world map have to be re-draw.Life is so precious n we may lose it instantly. Those are those trying to love n those who choose to end their life.

People pass away everyday but the pain n hurt is unbearable n torturing. Who wish to see their love ones leave them. Life is cruel as many people says as life can be destroyed almost immediately. Life is short, so treasure your life.I'm very sorry that I wrote such an heavy article this morning for you to read. Please bear with me.
